The Hanna Instruments HI 8730N is a waterproof multi-parameter meter for measuring electro-conductivity (EC), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and temperature all in one device.

The meter features a large LCD screen for readability, and automatic temperature compensation (ATC) to eliminate the need for additional calculations. The temperature range is factory calibrated, while the meter can be calibrated at one point for EC or TDS.

The HI 8730N can measure EC in the range of 0 to 1990uS/cm, TDS from 0 to 1990ppm, and temperature from 0 to 70 degrees C. Dimensions are 164 x 76 x 45 mm (6.4 x 3.0 x 1.8’’) with weight 250 g (8.8 oz.).
